Week Preview Nov. 12-18

So you’ve had a chance to try out the new programming and can see it’s a little different from how we’ve done things in the past. One of the things we’re trying to accomplish is to bring all our streams of programming together for a portion of each workout.

This provides everyone with the right Foundation of movement from the very start, and will ensure that they maintain it going forward. No matter how elite you become, making sure that you don’t stray too far from your general fitness will identify and deal with weaknesses before they turn into problems. TOGETHER as a group, we all work towards becoming stronger and more athletic at the root level!

As Coach Brendan puts it: Your peak is only as strong as your base.

But just to make sure we don’t start taking ourselves too seriously, we also have the Hopper this Saturday. Come out and join in on a fun, completely random workout that probably won’t make any sense at all. . . It’s the November Sublime Saturday Series event!

Here’s your run down of what you can expect to see on each day next week:

Monday

Foundation: Row, Calf Raise, Tuck ups, Front Squat, Leg Curls

Building: Add: Hi Hang P-Sn & Sn Deadlift

Being: Add: Bike

 

Tuesday

Foundation: Bench Pullover, Cuban Rotation, Farmers Walk, Sled Push, Pike Stretch

Building: Add: Push Press

Being: Add: T2B & DU

 

Wednesday: Stretch & Mobility

Join us for a thorough stretch of the legs, hips and low back

 

Thursday

Foundation: Sled Push, Good Morning, Leg Raise, Bike, Couch Stretch

Building/Being: Add: Hi Hang P-Cln, Cln Deadlift

 

Friday

Foundation: DB Bench, Pull ups, Neck Pull, Sled Drag, 90/90 hip stretch

Building: Add: Push Press

Being: Add: MU & DU

 

Saturday

Sunday

Building/Being makeup lifting with:

Handstands, SN, CJ
