Everyone: WB Workout! (running weather permitting)

Wednesday

Recovery Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Step up, Sled Drag, Dips or Push ups, Inverted Row, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Split Squat, Barbell Row
Building: Push Press, Strict Press  

Friday

DL, CBP, Lsit, Trap 3, Jefferson Curl

Foundation: Interval Conditioning (rowing or running), Core
Building: Snatch, CJ

Saturday

Bench Press and Partner Conditioning
