Wednesday

Recovery Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Back Extension, External Rotation, Dragon Flag, BTN Press, Rev Nordic

Foundation: Split Squat, Barbell Row
Building: Split Jerk, Push Press, Strict Press  

Friday

DL, CBP, Run, Trap 3, DB FS

Foundation: Interval Conditioning (rowing or running), Core
Building: Clean, BS

Saturday

Bench Press and AMRAP Conditioning
