Sled push/pull, curls, BS, Tricep Extension, Butterfly Stretch
Foundation: PP, Sumo DL
Building: BS, FS

Tuesday

Definitely not my favourite WB workout that we’ve ever done. . . but not the worst one either

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Rev Step up, Sled Drag, dips or depth pushups, Inverted Row, Couch Stretch
Foundation: Split Squat, Row
Building: Snatch, CJ

Friday

Deadlift, CBP, Lsit, Trap 3, Jefferson Curl
Foundation: Conditioning, abs
Building: PP, SP

Saturday

Bench Press + Partner Conditioning
