Hi everyone, Happy New Year, Christmas is over! Time to get back into your movement routine. The sooner the better!

New Years Day we are having a teams of 3 fun workout, so if you’re not planning to start the new year very tired or hung over come join in 🙂 Michelle will be coaching this workout with me there to help her. She has taken a Fitness Theory certification and has been shadowing me for quite sometime. She has also been helping co-coach the female athletes’ sessions since September. You may see her around doing some more supervised practice coaching on weekends in the new year!

Foundation: Split Squat, Barbell Row
Building: PP, SP

Saturday

Bench Press + Partner Conditioning
