New cycle starts Monday! We lifted our little hearts out on Saturday with the Feats of Strength. Pam was the winner for the women and Tyler for the men. Also we’re planning a 11th anniversary celebration for Saturday Feb 24th so save the date!

Deep Split Squat, Tib Raise, Back Extn, Tuck ups, Farmers Carry
Foundation: Interval Conditioning
Building: Back Squat
