Week Preview Feb 19-24

Hi everyone! On Saturday March 2 we will be doing the Open Workouts for 3 weeks on Saturday mornings so be sure to sign up for those if you are interested. They are a fun little adventure and most people really enjoy the competition and change of pace.

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Bul Split Squat, QL Extn, SL Back Extn, Band hip flexion, Butterfly Stretch
Everyone: Interval Conditioning & Sprints

Friday

1000 m Row, CGBP or Ring Dips, Sled Drag, DB Row, Couch Stretch
Foundation: RDL, Landmine Press
Building: Clean & Jerk, Push Press

Saturday

Interval Conditioning + 11th anniversary hang out in the evening!!
