Week Preview Sept. Oct 5 – Oct 10

Hi everyone! New foundation strength cycle begins this week! We’re gonna take our front rack squat strength and our overhead strength we’ve been working on and put them together and work on Overhead Squats. ANNNND we’re gonna use all that mega hip thrust strength and direct it back to the deadlift but this time Sumo style. We’ve still got our Bench Press in there but it’ll be on Saturdays.

Also we have about 6 spots left in Brendan’s seminar so if you’re interested please let me know this week.

Tuesday

RDL, L-sit, Shoulder External Rotation, Split Squat + Lifting

Foundation: Seal Row and Back Squat

Building: Hang Snatch, Back Squat

Wednesday

Conditioning + Stretching

Thursday

Front Squat, Sled Drag, Incline Bench, Chins, Rev Step ups + Conditioning

Friday

Sled, Band pull in, DB Flye, Powell Raise, Back Extn + Lifting

Foundation: OH Squat, Sumo Deadlift

Building: Pwr Clean, Jerk

Saturday

Foundation: Bench Press + Conditioning

Building: Snatch, CJ, FS

Being: HSW + Squat Cleans
