Week Preview Sept 5-10

We have a short week this week! And school starts. I know some of you are excited about that, and some are a little less excited, but obviously you still need to exercise.

So we will have our holiday workout on Monday and be doing our lifting on Tuesday and Thursday this week and Building will still have their back squats on Friday as well. Our Wednesday Recovery Class is back on Wednesday evenings. If you haven’t tried it come out, people love it.

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Row, Calf Raise, Tuck ups, FS, Ring leg curl

Foundation: RDL, Push Press

Building: CJ, Push Press

Friday

Incline Bench, Front Lever Pull, Neck Pull, Sled Drag, Hip Stretching

Foundation: Conditioning

Building: Back Squats

Saturday

Conditioning
