Hello all!
I hope you made the most of the long weekend and you are ready to get back to it. We absolutely destroyed last years August attendance number, by over 140 visits. So give yourselves a nice pat for that one. Now that we are all back from summer break, looking forward to seeing everyone around again.
The next Sublime Saturday Series event goes September 17th! Be sure to check out the remaining events to test yourself and take a run at your chance to get a picture with the trophy.

Brendan’s nutrition program sold out quick, we will have another opportunity for you to try out probably around January. This program moves slow and does a fantastic job of changing over lifestyle habits, so for those who got in it, keep at it and focus on your day to day habits.
We have decided to let Saturdays ride on with the same theme, they will either be a team workout or a nice conditioning piece for you to get in and grind one out quickly on your weekend.

Everyone join Kyle for a team workout! (Burpees/Tuck Ups/KBS)
Tuesday:
Foundation – Shoulder Feel Good Stuff + Pull Ups & Dips + Low % Aerobic
Building – Snatch + Pull Ups & Dips + Low % Aerobic
Wednesday:
Foundation – Thoracic Feel Good Stuff + BSQ + MAP(Row/WB)
Building – Clean + BSQ + MAP (Row/WB)
Thursday:
Foundation – Lots of movement to make you feel limber like a lemur
Building – Snatch Complex + DB Bench & Ring Row + “For Time” (Row/Burpees/Box Jump)
Friday:
Foundation – F.R Reverse Lunge + DB Bench & Ring Row + EMOM Sled
Building – F.R Reverse Lunge + Sumo Deads + EMOM Sled
Saturday:
Team Workout: (Running/WB)
