Whiteboard Workout on Thursday. It’s my least favorite of all. Probably means some of you will LOVE it.

We have conditioning on Monday. But not a “Conditioning Fun Day” just conditioning, with a small ‘c’.

Foundation: Behind the Neck Strict Press, Hip Thrust

Building: Hang Clean, Push Jerk
