Skip or Run, Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, 90/90 stretch
Foundation: Deadlift, Landmine Press
Building: 3 pos-Cl + FS, Push Press

Friday

Bike, Sissy Squat, Jefferson Curl, Hip Flexor Raise, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Conditioning
Building: Back Squat

Saturday

Aerobic Pace Conditioning
