Stretch and Conditioning

Heavy Sled, GM, Leg Raise, Neck Pull, Couch Stretch + Lifting

Foundation: Deadlift, Push Press

Building: Hang Cln, Push Jerk

Saturday

Conditioning

Lifting: Snatch, CJ, FS
