Week Preview Sept 16-21

Hi everybody, Whiteboard Workout is on Monday this week. Giving you plenty of time to pull yourself together before coming in for the DOUBLE BASELINE on Saturday. Because of Double Baseline we’re doing our bench press work on Wednesday. We’ve also got a couple classic CrossFit workouts on deck in the Being program this week. Getting ready for the Open. Jam packed. Goooood luck.

Foundation: Back Extension, Ext Rotation, Garhammers, Shoulder Press, Tib Raise

Building: Power Clean, Back Squat

Friday

Foundation: Sled Push/Pull, Cross Bench Pullover, Goblet Squat, Trap 3 Raise, Skipping

Building: Jerk
