Foundation – Deadlift + An extended visit from Dr. Tabata

Building – Snatch + Back Squat + CrossFit Grinder (introducing the word, “unbroken”)
Friday:
Foundation – Front Squat + Gymnastics + Upper Body Pushing/Pulling
Building – Clean & Push Jerk + Deadlift & HSPU + Aerobic Intervals (Row/Box Jump/Burpee/AD)
Saturday:
Foundation – TGU + Aerobic Intervals (AD/Box Jump/KBS/Burpee) + Farmer Walk / Bear Crawl
Building – Snatch Balance + Muscle Up/Back Squat + 60s CrossFit gymnastic skill intervals
