Heeeeelllooo! We have a full class (20 people) for our holiday workout tomorrow. I think it goes without saying, do not be that person who takes up a spot in a full class and cancels the morning of! 🙂 We’ll see you guys tomorrow, it’ll be a fun way to end the long weekend!

Building: 3 Position Snatch + OHS complex, Clean grip DL

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Skip or Run, Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, Hip Stretch

Foundation: DL, Push Press

Building: 3 position Clean + FS complex, Push Press

Friday

Bike, Sissy Squats, Jefferson Curl, Hip Flexor Raise, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Conditioning
Building: BS

Saturday

Interval Conditioning
