SOOOO this is the final week of our cycle. Week 6 out of 6 for Foundation, and the peak of a 6 month Oly lifting cycle as well. This is the time to test your strength! It coincides perfectly for the Crossfit Open which ALSO begins this week. You’re ready – come out and show your stuff!
We’ve decided to do the Open Workouts on Sundays – you’re welcome to show up anytime between 10 and 11 and get started. Remember there will be scaled options to suit everyone.
We’ve got two conditioning and stretch days this week, Wednesday and Friday, so that you can be ready for the weekend.
We’re open all thanksgiving weekend long with fun workouts on deck; a partner workout on Saturday with Ludo, Open workout on Sunday with Ashton and a group workout on Monday with Claire. So come out once or come out often!
