We will be hosting aFree Class on October 7 at 6:30PM. It’s a chance to come out and try training at Sublime for no cost. The coach will guide you through a warm-up and a workout and be available to answer questions you might have about our programs.
Next OnRamp starts October 13. This is a way to get into the program in a friendly group of other beginners. If you prefer to get started before then you can do one on one training. Contact us to get started.
Foundation and Building both have a couple little conditioning testers this week. Foundation is in their last week of this cycle. Being starts a brand new cycle heavily inspired by “opportunities for improvement”.
