Hi everyone, we’re going to be closing at 6 pm on Thursday this week, which is Halloween. The 5:15 slot is cancelled but if you show up anytime between 4:45 and 5:15 we can put you through at least a 45 minute workout.

Monday

Foundation: Sled Push, Scott Curl, FS, Split Squat, Side Plank, WB, Row

Being: WB, C2B, Squat Clean

Tuesday

Foundation: TGU, Back Extn, Ext. Rotation, Garhammers, Tib Raise, KBS, Burpees

Being: KBS, HSPU’s, Row

Wednesday

Everyone: Conditioning and Stretch

Thursday

Foundation: Sled Push/Pull, Cross Bench Pull over, Goblet Squat, Trap 3 Raise, Bike or Row, Abs

Building: Snatch & Clean

Friday

Everyone: Shoulder Stability then Variety EMOM

Saturday

Everyone: Conditioning & Stretch

Sunday

Everyone: Sublime/Crossfit OPEN 20.4
