Hi everyone, this is the last week of this cycle. So the last week for these Foundation strength movements. Last week for heavy 3’s for Building. We have one of my favourite partner workouts on Saturday with Coach Stacie so don’t miss out on that!

Incline Flye, Trap 3, Sled Drag, Curlz, Tricep Extension

Foundation: Pendlay Row, Squats

Building: Snatch, Clean grip DL

Tuesday

Walking Lunges, Tib Raise, SL Back Extn, SL Band Hip Flexion + Conditioning

Wednesday

Stretch and Conditioning

Thursday

TGU, CGBP or Ring Dip, DB Row, Sled Push/pull, Butterfly Stretch + Lifting

Foundation: Deadlift, Push Press

Building: Pwr Cln, Jerk

Friday

Calf Raise, Nordic, Garhammer

Everyone: Tempo FS/BS

Saturday

Partner Workout or

Oly Lifting: Snatch, CJ, FS
