Just a couple of reminders, now that it’s cold and wet, no outdoor shoes inside for training. We will also go back to using the front door, unless the garage door is open, so that mess from outdoor shoes etc. isn’t spread across the gym. Thanks!

Building: Snatch, Clean grip DL

Tuesday

Row, Calf Raises, Vups, FS, Leg curls + Conditioning

Wednesday

Stretch and Conditioning

Thursday

Incline Bench, Front Lever Pull, Neck Pull, Sled Drag, 90/90 stretch + Lifting

Foundation: Deadlift, Push Press

Building: Cln, Jerk

Friday

Sled Push, Seated GM, Leg Raise, Bike, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Conditioning w/ Core

Building: Back Squat

Saturday

Partner Workout or

Oly Lifting: Snatch, CJ, FS
