Our Lift, Run, Hang even was a big success. Great turnout and a great morning! Lot’s of PR lifts with Tyler just inching out Nick and Dylan for the heaviest lifts for men and Cristina with the heaviest lifts for the women.
Cathy did the 3 k run in the fastest time for the women, but Mel was only a split second behind and Ryan for the men.
So no class on holiday Monday. It looks like it just might be one of our last nice fall days so get outside for your exercise that day! The days are changed up a bit here to accommodate the short week.
