Week Preview Nov. 8-13

Hey guys, short week this week. We have a holiday partner workout on Thursday afternoon that will certainly be a good time. Remember: don’t take up a spot in that class if you aren’t committed to coming!

WB Workout on Tuesday and our big lifting days will be Monday and Friday. If you don’t normally come on Fridays. . . maybe, this week, try to come on Friday 😉

Incline Bench, Ring Row, Heavy Sled Push, Stretching + Lifting

Foundation: Snatch Grip RDL, FS

Building: 3 position Snatch, Clean pull

Tuesday

Whiteboard Workout

Wednesday

Recovery Stretch and Conditioning

Thursday

Partner workout!!

Friday

RDL, Split Squat, L-sit, Tib Raise, Butterfly Stretch + Lifting

Foundation: Strict Press, Hip Thrust

Building: 3 position Cln, Jerk

Saturday

Conditioning or

Oly Lifting: Snatch, CJ, FS
