Monday marks the beginning of the new cycle!
Couple of brand new things to look for in the programming going forward:
The Wednesday program will be a dedicated day for stretch and mobility. A way to provide yourself with an active rest that is very beneficial to your overall training and will have you finishing feeling great. You can also still use this day as a make up day if you need one.
Thursdays will have regular programming for all groups. Saturdays will have two programming options, “all lifting” for the Building/Being athletes, or “all conditioning” for anyone.
Here’s your run down of what you can expect to see on each day next week:
Monday
Foundation: Push ups, Rowing, DB Shoulder work, Sled Drag
Building: Add: Push Press
Being: Add: C2B & DUs
Tuesday
Foundation: Bike, Step Ups, Jefferson Curl, Hip Flexor Strength & Stretch
Building: Add: Hi Hang P-Sn & Sn Deadlift
Being: Add: Burpees & Rowing
Wednesday: Stretch & Mobility
Join us for a thorough stretch of the legs, hips and low back
Thursday
Foundation: Run or Skip, DB Shoulder Press, Chin ups, Sled Drag
Building: Add: Push Press
Being: Add: MUs & DUs
Friday
Foundation: Split SQ, Tibialis Raise, Hip Ext, Tuck-ups, Farmers Walk or Row.
Building/Being: Add: Hi Hang P-Cln, Cln Deadlift
Saturday
Foundation/Building or Being: Conditioning – Intervals: WB, KBS, Row, Burpees, Sled Push
Building/Being: Lifting – Snatch & CJ
Being: Handstand Practice
