Hi everyone. So this is the last week of this little cycle that takes us to the end of the Open. We have a fun Partner Workout on Saturday and then come out and join in on the last Sunday Open workout.

Being: Burpees, DL, Hang Clean, Thrusters
Friday
Foundation: SL Back Extension, Band Pull In, DB Flye, Band Pull Apart, Bike, Pushups, Ring Row
Building: Snatch, Clean
Being: HS Walk, Squat Clean
