Week Preview Nov 4 – Nov 10

Hi everyone. So this is the last week of this little cycle that takes us to the end of the Open. We have a fun Partner Workout on Saturday and then come out and join in on the last Sunday Open workout.

Monday

Everyone: RDL, L-sit, External Rotation then: Skip, DL, Man Makers, Farmers Walk, Bike

Tuesday

Everyone: Shoulder Stability then Variety EMOM

Wednesday

Everyone: Conditioning, Abs and Stretch

Thursday

Foundation: Sled Drag, Step ups, Incline Bench, Chins, Bottom ¼ squats, Burpees, DL, Thursters

Being: Burpees, DL, Hang Clean, Thrusters

Friday

Foundation: SL Back Extension, Band Pull In, DB Flye, Band Pull Apart, Bike, Pushups, Ring Row

Building: Snatch, Clean

Being: HS Walk, Squat Clean

Saturday

Everyone: Partner Workout!!

Sunday

Everyone: Sublime/Crossfit OPEN 20.5
