We’re going to see some familiar movements back in the Foundation program this week, giving some opportunity to see progression in mobility AND strength over range of motion.
Building moves into their next phase by increasing the intensity of their lifts, with an opportunity on Saturday to do some max lifts to prep for the Lift Off on Dec. 15th.

Foundation: Push ups, Rowing, DB Shoulder work, Sled Drag
Building: Add: Push Jerk
Being: Add: C2B & DUs
Tuesday
Foundation: Bike, Step Ups, Jefferson Curl, Hip Flexor Raise & Couch Stretch
Building: Add: Hang P-Sn & Sn Deadlift or Back Squat
Being: Add: Hang Sn, Box Jumps, Burpees
Wednesday: Stretch & Mobility
Join us for stretching! A couple old ones and a couple new ones.
Thursday
Foundation: Skip, DB Shoulder Press, Chin ups, Sled Drag, 90/90 pulses
Building: Add: Push Jerk
Being: Add: MUs & HSPUs
Friday
Foundation: Split SQ, Tibialis Raise, Hip Ext, Tuck-ups, Farmers Walk or Row.
Building: Add: Hang P-Cln, Cln Deadlift or Back Squat
Being: DU’s, Row
Saturday
Foundation/Building or Being: Conditioning – SPRINTS! Row, Sled Push, Bike
