Week Preview Nov. 15-19

Well last week was a bit intense. We had our mishap on Tuesday morning, our pretty intense partner workout on Thursday and then the blizzard on Friday. We’re gonna attempt to have a bit more calm this coming week. . . Going to take a little Whiteboard Workout break and do regular conditioning on Tuesday. . . but we’ll have a fun partner workout on Saturday instead.

Monday

Band Pull in, Back Extension, Calf Raise, Goblet Squat, Pike Stretch

Foundation: Snatch Grip RDL, FS

Building: 3 position Snatch, Clean pull

Tuesday

Interval Conditioning

Wednesday

Stretch and Conditioning (gymnastics skill practice)

Thursday

Push up, Ring Row, CBP, Heavy Sled, Stretch + Lifting

Foundation: Strict Press, Hip Thrust

Building: 3 position Cln, Jerk

Friday

Shoulder Press, Chins, Trap 3, Sled Drag, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Conditioning

Building: Back Squat

Saturday

Partner Workout
