Hi guys! New cycle starts right now. We have a short week so we’ll have regular programming on Wednesday. Back to having our Building portion of the program, with a really concentrated effort on building both overhead and squat strength. Both conditioning and lifting options are back on Saturdays.

Being: BMU, Squat Snatch
Thursday
Foundation: Skip, Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, 90/90 pulses
Building: Push Press
Being: MU’s, DU’s, OHS
Friday
Foundation: Split Squat, Tib Raise, Back Extn, Tuck ups, Farmers Walk or Row
Building: Hi Hang Pwr Clean, Cln Deadlift or Back Squat
Saturday
Conditioning: WB, KBS, Row, Burpees, Sled, Row
Lifting: Snatch, CJ
Being: Handstands
