Building: Hi Hang Pwr Snatch + Sn Deadlift or Back Sq

Being: Bike

Wednesday – Stretch and Mobility

Thursday

Foundation: DB Bench, Front Lever Pull, Neck Pull, Sled Drag, 90/90 Hip stretch

Building: Push Press

Being: MU’s, DU’s, DB OH Walking Lunge

Friday

Foundation: Sled Push, Seated Good Morning, Leg Raise, Bike

Building: Hi Hang Pwr Clean, Cln Deadlift or Back Squat

Saturday

Conditioning: Join Coach Stacie for WB, KBS, Burpees, Sled, Running and way more stuff

Lifting: Snatch, CJ

Being: Add Handstand work to either Lifting or Conditioning
