Okay everyone we’re into May, we’ve had a bit of nice weather, and things are looking up! You’re gonna be mad at me though, because the Whiteboard Workout is on Monday this week. We’re going start this week off right. We’re going to get going hard right off the bat! You’ll be fine.

Tuesday

Push ups, Rev Step ups, Jefferson Curl, Seated HF Raise, Couch Stretch, Abs

Bonus: Group KP walk outside 9:45.

Wednesday

Recovery – stretching and outdoor steady state cardio

Thursday

Running or Skip, DB Shoulder Press, Chair Row, Walking Lunges, 90/90 pulses

Bonus: Group KP walk outside 9:45.

Friday

Split Squats, tib raise, superman, tuck ups, farmers walk, skipping, burpees

Saturday

Conditioning
