Week Preview May 30 – June 4

We’re going to try to bring running back into the workouts weather permitting and possibly do a few other things outside this week so if you park in the lot don’t park right up close to the building. We’ll hopefully be able to get a little running in on Tuesday, Wednesday and possibly Friday for Building, and working on our Gymnastics skills in Foundation again on Friday.

Monday

Incline Bench, Ring Row, Sled Push, Ab Wheel, Stretching

Foundation: Snatch Grip RDL, FS

Building: OHS, Hi Hang Pwr Snatch

Tuesday

WB workout (hopefully with some running)

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

RDL, L-sit, Split Squat, Tib Raise, CBP

Foundation: Strict Press, Hip Thrust

Building: Hi Hang Pwr Clean, Push Press

Friday

Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, Trap 3, Couch Stretch +

Gymnastics Practice EMOM

Back Squat + AMRAP10

Saturday

Around the World Conditioning or

Lifting: Snatch + CJ
