Building – Snatch Max + Clean & Jerk Max + Back Squat Max

 

Tuesday:

Building & Foundation – 30:00 Low % Aerobic (Skipping/Farmer Carry/Bear Crawl/AD)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – DB Bench + Split Squat + Short Aerobic (Goblet Squats/KBS/Hollow Rock)

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Jerk Max + Front Squat Max + 500M Row

 

Friday:

Foundation – RDL + Upper/Lower Body Strength

Building – Deadlift Max + CrossFit Tester (Wall Ball/Double Under/T2B)

 

Saturday:

Both – Team Workout – Box Jump Fun + Agility Ladder Fun + MB Catch + Running
