Foundation – RDL + Upper/Lower Body Strength
Building – Deadlift Max + CrossFit Tester (Wall Ball/Double Under/T2B)
Saturday:
Both – Team Workout – Box Jump Fun + Agility Ladder Fun + MB Catch + Running
