Okaaay short week this week. Monday we have a holiday workout on and as an added bonus, when the workout is over, Coach Stacie is going to do a short refresher on Rowing, Biking and Sled technique for anyone who’s interested in improving on that conditioning aspect of their workouts. The regular workout is at 9:30 and the technique lesson will be at 10:15.
In order to get in our lifting this week we will be doing it on Tuesday and Thursday (and Friday).
