Foundation: Strict Press, Hip Thrust

Building: Pwr Clean, Jerk

Friday

Calf Raise, Nordic, Band Pull in, Trap 3 + Tempo FS/BS

Saturday

Conditioning: Individual aerobic pace

Lifting: Snatch, CJ, FS
