Foundation – Press + Back Squat + Split Squat & Upper Body Pulling

 

Building – Snatch + Clean & Jerk + Back Squat + FRRRAN

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Deadlift + Lactic Power (AD, Burpee, KBS, Row, Wall Ball, Run)

 

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

 

Building – PSnatch + Front Squat + Short AD

 

Friday:

Foundation – Back Squat + Upper Body Pulling/ Pressing

 

Building – PClean & Jerk + Deadlift + 5000M Row

 

Saturday:

Everyone – Running + Aerobic based team workout ( Burpees / Box Jumps / KBS )

 

Sunday:
