Hi everyone, alright outdoor classes continue on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday this week, weather permitting. It was so good to see some of you out this past week and I’m really looking forward to seeing more of you this week.

Tuesday

Running or Skipping, Split Squats, Tib Raise, Superman, Thrusters, Box Jumps/Jump Squats, Burpees

Bonus: Outdoor Parking Lot Workouts

Wednesday

Recovery – stretching and outdoor steady state cardio

Thursday

Floor Press, Row, Tricep Press, Shuttle Run or Skip, Couch Stretch, Swings, Pushups, FS, Jump Lunges, Push Press

Bonus: Outdoor Parking Lot Workouts, Group KP walk outside 9:45.

Friday

Sissy Squats, Trap 3, Curls, Nordics, Turkish Get up, HSPU’s, Skipping or DU’s

Saturday

Conditioning
