Week Preview May 16-21

Hi guys! We have our long weekend coming up. There will be class on Saturday and class on the holiday Monday. We’re taking a break from the Whiteboard workout this week and just doing some plain old conditioning on Tuesday, but you guys liked your gymnastics practice on Friday this past week so you’re going to get more of that on Wednesday before our stretching.

Monday

Band pull in, Back extn, Calf raise, Goblet Squat, Pike stretch + Lifting

Foundation: Snatch Grip RDL, FS

Building: Pwr Snatch, Clean Pull

Tuesday

Conditioning

Wednesday

Stretch and Gymnastics practice

Thursday

Push up, Ring Row, CBP, Sled Push, Variety Stretch

Foundation: Strict Press, Hip Thrust

Building: Pwr Clean, BS

Friday

Shoulder Press, Chins, Trap 3, Sled Drag, Couch Stretch +

Foundation: Conditioning (some short running?)

Building: Jerk + 12 min AMRAP

Saturday
