Week Preview – May 12 – 17

Building begins testing period, while Foundation enters week 3/4. Things being tested will be in bold.

Monday:

 

Foundation – Press + Deadlift + Split Squat & Upper Body Pulling

Building – Snatch + Back Squat + DB Press & Pronated Pull Ups

 

Tuesday:

 

Foundation – Lactic Power!!!! (AD, Sled, Row) Just slightly worse than last week 🙂

Buiding – Clean & Jerk + RDL + Pistols + HSPU + Mile Run

 

Wednesday:

 

Foundation – Front Squat + Hip Ext + CrossFit Mixed Aerobic (Step Ups, Lateral shuffle, Push Ball, KBS)

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Snatch + Bench + Back Squat + MU/Chin Up

 

Friday:

Foundation – Back Squat + Upper Body Pulling/Pressing & Step Up + Rockin the Boat

Building – Clean & Jerk + Dips + AD…. Little hint… it takes 10:00, and it really sucks.

 

Saturday:

Everyone: Running + Team Workout (KBS + Box Jumps)
