Well I tried to be a nice guy, recommended wearing a sweater on Friday for the run, and what do you do?!? You stand me up!!!! Cancellations left & right! So you know who is back?

Foundation reaches a de-load of sorts in week 3/4. Building keeps chugging into week 2/4. Being folks continue with another de-load week. Enjoy it folks!
Monday:
Foundation – BSQ & Pull Up + Lunge & DB Rows + Burpee Broad Jumps AND Rowing? FOR TIME?!?!?
Building – BSQ + Press + EMOM (Single Arm Db Thrusters) + THE SAME CRAZY FOUNDATION THING.
Tuesday:
Foundation – Low Impact Day/Make Up Day: Hollow Rocks/Hip Ext./Sled/Tuck Ups/Bike
Building – Jumping + Deadlift + Pull Up & Stuffffff
Wednesday:
Foundation – DB Bench & Deadlift + Push Ups & Leg Curling + TABATA!! (Push Ups & KBS)
Building – Rest
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest
Building – Bench + FSQ + Dips & Lunges & Rowing
Friday:
Foundation – BB Reverse Lunge & Chins + Dips/Push Ups & SLRDL + FOR TIME: (KBS/Sit Up….and a run…THE SUBLIME MILE) ALL FOR TIME?!?!
Building – Snatch + EMOM(Shuttles & Cleans) + ^^^^^AHHHHHH^^^^^^^^^^^
Saturday:
Foundation & Building – Practice Jumping around and stuff + Aerobic Intervals (Row/KBS/Sled/WB/BJSD/Burpee)
