Week Preview March 6-11

Well that 3rd one was the strangest Open workout yet but still pretty fun! The leaders were Cristina and Tyler in the scaled category and Marley/Claire (tied) and Nick in the Rx category, with Dylan and Ashton very close behind. It was pretty fun to watch I’m not gonna lie.

We have one more coming! The fourth one is where we look back in time and pick an old but memorable one from the past. Last year was my choice (anyone remember all the walking lunges and weighted step ups??). This year is Ashton’s choice!

Bike, DB Shoulder lateral Raise, Chins, Sled Drag, Couch Stretch

Foundation: DL, Landmine Press

Building: CJ, Push Press

Friday

Split Squat, Tib Raise, Back Extension, Tuck ups, Farmers Carry

Foundation: Conditioning

Building: BS
