Week Preview March 4 – March 9

The first Sublime Open Workout happened this past Saturday, with Marley getting the top score for the women (sub 10 minutes!) and Troy getting the top score for the men. I’m sure everyone is excited to see what’s in store for us this week!

Tuesday

Row, Calf Raise, Tuck ups, FS, Leg Curls
Everyone: Interval Conditioning

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Incline Bench, Front Lever Pulls, Neck Pull, Sled Drag, 90/90
Foundation: DL, Landmine Press
Building: Clean & Jerk, Push Press

Friday

Sled Push, Seated GM, Leg Raise, Bike, Couch Stretch
Foundation: Conditioning + abs
Building: back Squat

Saturday
