Week Preview March 4-10

Hi everyone, we completed the 19.2 this weekend! Very different from week one but a fun challenge. The standings changed a bit after week 2 of 5.

Women: Cristy, Cathy and Stacie with Lisa and Cristina in 4th and 5th.

Men: Nick, Scotty, and Curtis with Ashton and Mark right behind.

Join Coach Stacie this coming Saturday for 19.3.

In the programming this week we have a deload week for Building and Being and some extra conditioning. Feel free to take some extra time to work on skills that you might need practice on for the Open.

Monday

Foundation: Band Pull-In, Back Extention, DB Calf Raise, Goblet Squat, Couch Stretch

Tuesday

Everyone: Prep Work then Conditioning

Wednesday – Stretch and Mobility

You need this recovery work if you are doing the Open Workouts 🙂

Thursday

Foundation: Incline DB Bench, Ring Row, Sled Drive, Variety Stretch

Friday

Foundation: “Around the World” Conditioning then Stretch

Building/Being: Add some “sharpening” work for CrossFit Open movements

Saturday
