The Sublime Open is all wrapped up for another season! It was really great to watch all the different levels of members come out and compete together.

This is the last week with a dedicated Being program in this macrocycle. Next week Being will hone in on the last few weeks of olympic lifting focus before our Lift Off on April 20th.

Monday

Foundation: Sled Push, Scott Curl, Back Squat, Split Squat, Side Plank

Building: Add: Jerks

Being: No extra today

Tuesday

Foundation: Back Extension, DB Ext. Rotation, Garhammers, Shoulder Press, Tib Raise

Building: Add: Power Cleans & Clean Deadlift or Back Squat

Being: Add: DU’s & OH Squats

Wednesday – Stretch and Mobility

Thursday

Foundation: Sled Push/Pull, Cross Bench Pull Over, Goblet Squat, Trap 3 Raise, Skipping

Building: Add: Jerks

Being: Add: MU’s & HSPU’s, KBS

Friday

Foundation: Prep Work then Whiteboard Workout

Being: Add: Hang Snatch, DU’s

Saturday

Foundation: Bench Press, KBS, Burpees

Lifting: Snatch, CJ, FS

Being: Lifting + HS Walks + Squat Cleans
