Week Preview: March 2-7

Hellooooooo,

Well we fell 40 people short of the attendance record… BUT considering it was a short month I’m actually pretty pumped we came that close and excited about what we can get in March. I think it will be the month we do it… I will think of some fun way to celebrate, like making Dawny bake us big cookies or something.

Great work for the first week of opens everyone, really fun sessions.

Foundation is in week 3/5 and Building begins a new cycle that will continue with much of the same until the opens are complete.

 

Monday:

Foundation – Front Squat + Lower Body Strength

Building – Jerks + Push Press + Overhead Squat + Mid-Line

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Low Intensity Aerobic Intervals (Bike/Skip/Step Ups/TGU/Row/Gymnastic)

Building – Lactic Power and MAP Intervals (Burpee/Row/Wall Ball/Box Jump/Power Clean)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Back Squat + Gymnastic Strength + A Really Good Time With Wall Balls and Burpees

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Snatch + Front Squat + Sprints

 

Friday:

Foundation – TGU + Press + Upper Body Strength

Building – 15.2

 

Saturday:

Foundation – Deadlift + Gymnastic Strength + Moderate Aerobic (Row/KBS/Box Jump/Skip)

Building – C&J + Back Squat + Gymnastic Strength + A WHOOOLE LOTTA CHIN UPS AND PUSH UPS
