Week Preview: March. 19-24

Hello everyone!

Another week in the books. We are down to the final weekend for our Sublime Open, it is going to be a great one to cap it all off so keep your Saturday morning open!

The scoring for the Sublime Open goes as follows, if you finish first you get 1 ‘point’, if you finish second you get 2 ‘points…etc. The goal is to have the least amount of ‘points’ at the end of the 5 weeks. Event 18.4 was designed to shake up the leader board, and boy did it ever. Each couplet was scored separately but the points given out were divided in half (ex. if you finished 10th you are given 5 points) so if someone missed this weekend, it would set them back, but they are not completely out of it. Here is our top 5 and the points they hold going into the 5th and final week!

Sublime Open 18.5 Musical Theme isssssssss….. The Classics! Songs that stand the test of time. Much like these songs we will test to see if you can keep those hips swinging, keep those people jumping forever….if you can manage that, you can count your money and ride off into the sunset! Monday:

Everyone: Step Ups & GHR Partials + RDL + Sled Push/Pull & Bike

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Upper Body Push & Pull + Parallettes/Row/Box Jump

Building – P-SN + Clean Position Drill + Jerks

 

Wednesday & Thursday:

Everyone – Ab Work + Intervals (Row/Squat/Mountain Climbers/Skipping/Bike/Burpees)

 

Friday:

Foundation – FSQ + BSQ + Stretching

Building – Snatch + C&J + FSQ

 

Saturday:

Sublime Open 18.5
