Sublime Open Event 18.4 Theme: Musical Duos!
Less narcissistic than a solo artist, but more intimate than a full band, the right pairing can create something special. Whether it be the bluesy whaling guitars of The Black Keys & The White Stripes, the southern psychedelia of Outkast, or the country twang of Brooks and Dunn. These duos, and many others, have proven that you don’t need to complicate the formula by adding too many pieces. I kept that in mind while designing this workout….

Foundation – FSQ + BSQ + Stretching!
Building – Snatch + C&J + FSQ
