Building – Double Unders + Sweaty Time (P-Cl/Burpees/Box Jump/Row)
Wednesday:
Foundation – AB City + For Time (Burpee/WB/Box Jump)
Building – Rest Up!
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest Up!
Building – EMOTM C&J + For Time (Burpee/WB/Box Jump)
Friday:
Everyone – Alt. EMOTM (Upper Body BB/ Pistols) + Row/Run/Row
