Monday:
Foundation – Split Squat + UB Pulling/Pushing + Rowing
Building – Snatch Complex + Jerk + Back Squat
Tuesday:
Eat some poutine and be a proud Canadian… and if the rain ever stops, get outside.
Wednesday:
Foundation – Front/Back Squat + Curls and Press + CrossFit Aerobic (Run/kbs/burpees)
Building – Rest or Gymnastic Intervals + CrossFit Aerboic
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest or Low % Aerobic
Building – Snatch Balance + Clean & Jerk + RDL & Dips
Friday:
Foundation – RDL + UB Pressing/Pulling + CrossFit Aerobic (Box Jumps/Wall Ball/Burpees)
Building – Gymnastic Intervals + Low % Aerobic (AD/TGU/Row)
Saturday:
Everyone – Jumping Fun + MB Fun + Sled sprints/Burpees/Running/MB Squats
