Week Preview – June 30 – July 4

Okay! We finished off the first half of the year with Feats of Strength on Saturday where the attendance was tiny but the energy was great. New cycle begins Monday!  This will be an odd week with the holiday right there in the middle and I know a lot of you will be taking time off, but try to make it in for a few workouts, your gym buddies will be glad you made it. Apparently we’re still doing WB workouts (news to me).

Monday

Bike, Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, Landmine twist

Foundation: Pendlay Row, Back Squat
Building: OHS, Hang P-Sn

Tuesday

Everyone: WB Workout

Wednesday

Holiday! Closed (according to the current forecast you can have a lovely day outside)

Thursday

Push up, Row, Ext Rot, Powel Raise, Sled Drag

Foundation: RDL, Landmine Press
Building: Hng CJ, Push Press  

Friday

Loaded Carry, Deep Split squat, Tib Raise, Back Extension, Tuck ups, Farmers Carry

Foundation: Interval Conditioning
Building: Back Squats  

Saturday

Partner Workout!
