WB workout (THE. one)

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

RDL, L-sit, Split Squat, Tib Raise, CBP

Foundation: Behind the Neck Strict Press, Hip Thrust

Building: Hang Clean, Push Jerk

Friday

DB Shoulder Press, Chins, Backward Sled, Sprints, Couch Stretch
